项目简述-Project Brief
这是一个来自中国云南省红河学院的助学金，由任寒青先生于2004年发起并开始试运营，2007年命名并建立。任寒青先生，博士学位毕业于上海复旦大学。成立该基金会旨在奖励和资助该学院的优秀学生干部中的贫困生，是一个纯公益的助学基金。迄今为止，该公益基金已经历经14年, 赞助了13个学院39个专业进百名优秀学生！
This is a finical aid from Honghe College in Yunnan Province, China. It was initiated official started operation in 2004. Named and established in 2007. Mr. Ren Hanqing, Ph.D. graduated from Shanghai Fudan University. The foundation was established to reward and fund the poor students in the outstanding student leader of the college. It is a public welfare fund. So far, the charity fund has operation 14 years, sponsored 13 colleges and 39 majors into 100 outstanding students!
资助流程-Funding Process
该基金由一个专业的管理委员会运行，秘书长将主要负责募集、管理和监督发放助学金工作；
The finical aid is run by a professional management committee, the secretary general will be primarily responsible for the recruitment, management and supervision of the granting of bursaries;
云南省红河学院在每年的优秀学生干部中递交贫困生名单中，并确定名额（学校将受助学生名单、简介等寄发给管理委员会，由委员会确认受助学生名单）
The Red River College of Yunnan Province submits the list of impoverished students to the outstanding student leader in each year, and determines the quota (the school will send the list of students, briefs, etc. to the management committee, and the committee will confirm the list of assisted students)
每年将有20-30名学生收到资助，资助额是500美元/学生/年；
There will be 20-30 students receiving funding each year, with a grant of $500 per student every year;
学校负责建立受捐助学生专项档案及发放助学金，并将此项工作进展情况报告当届管理委员会。
The school is responsible for establishing special files for donated students and granting bursaries, and reports the progress of this work to the current management committee.
目前的资助金额超过40万美金。为保护隐私，捐助人与学生不会有一对一的沟通方式，如捐助人或学生有需要，可在征得双方同意基础上提供联络方式以加强直接交流
The current funding amount is over $400,000 dollars. To ensure privacy, donors and students do not have one-on-one communication. If donors or students need, they can provide contact information to enhance direct communication on the basis of mutual consent.

红河学院的前身是创建于1978年的蒙自师范专科学校，2003年4月，经教育部批准，由蒙自师范高等专科学校和云南广播电视大学红河分校合并组建成红河学院，是一所云南省省属公办综合性普通本科院校，学校实行“省州共建，以省为主”的管理体制。学校位于红河哈尼族彝族自治州州府蒙自市，是红河州唯一的本科高等院校。

HongHe University (HU) was established in 1978 and became a diverse, multi-cultural community of about 15,000 students and nearly 1,000 staff and faculty members, with a spacious campus of 200 acres. Over 700 academic staff teach courses in 63 undergraduate majors spread across thirteen Colleges — Humanities, Politics & International Relations, Science, Life Science & Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Teachers Education, Foreign Languages, Music, Arts, Physical Education, and the International College.

Located in Mengzi, the capital city of HongHe Prefecture of Yunnan Province, a central city of southern Yunnan Province, about 150 km north of the Vietnamese border. With a long history of 2100 years and a population of about 360,000, Mengzi is the capital of Honghe Prefecture. The land around Mengzi is an agricultural plateau surrounded by mountains. Mengzi offers a setting that has the peace and serenity of a rural farm town and yet enough of the urban conveniences, where people can go out to wander the hills and contemplate the beauty of the mountains, or go into town and sip a cup of coffee.
